Refund policy
Refunds can only be offered if the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality. In this case, please contact Printify Merchant Support and attach photos of the errors. The Printify team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, full order refund is placed to your account within 3 business day after notifying Printify Merchant Support. Please see Printify's Terms of Service for the errors they take full responsibility for.
